Inuyasha is a character from the Japanese Manga series 'InuYasha' written and illustrated by Rumiko Takahashi. Inuyasha manga was later designed into two Anime series. Inuyasha's Anime series was created in two parts. First series contained the starting parts of the Inuyasha's manga series. Second series shows the ending parts of Inuyasha manga series. The Anime series of Inuyasha was aired on Animax tv channel. Four movies based on Inuyasha were also produced. Inuyasha movies were directed by Toshiyo Shinohana.

I have been into Anime sketching for a long time. I don't remember when was the first time i draw an Anime. But, i used to draw simple outline drawings either Anime or any other drawing. But then i tried pencil shading to add more life to my sketch. This sketch of Inuyasha was my first attempt to add pencil shading to my regular Anime sketches. Inuyasha is a very interesting character to draw, he has big shining eyes, long hair and a powerful sword as his weapon. To draw Inuyasha, i just searched for an image and made a sketch of the first image i came across. You can view my sketch on left hand side and click on the image to enlarge it.
